Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 18^th August 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 50,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.69708993 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £21.82 per share and the lowest price received was £21.6275 per share.
