Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 20^th August 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 75,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.17031423 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £21.285 per share and the lowest price received was £21.10 per share.
