In accordance with  Carnival Corporation  & plc's (NYSE/LSE:  CCL; NYSE:  CUK) previously announced  share buy-back  programme,  Carnival Corporation  &  plc announces that  on  1  September 2011  Carnival  Investments  Limited,  Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary,  purchased 44,215 ordinary shares  in Carnival plc at  an average price  of £19.675036 per  share. The highest  price paid was £19.72 per share and the lowest price paid was £19.63 per share.
