("Carr's" or the "Company")

Board Changes

Carr's (CRM.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group, confirms that as previously announced, with effect from 1 May 2013 Neil Austin has become Finance Director following the retirement of Ron Wood.

As a result of the above, Neil Austin became a director of the Company on 1 May 2013 and Ron Wood ceased to be a director of the Company on 30 April 2013.

There is no information concerning Neil Austin which requires disclosure under Rule LR 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
