Carr's (CRM.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group, confirms that as previously announced, with effect from 1 August 2013 Chris Holmes has become Non-Executive Chairman, following a period as Executive Chairman since Tim Davies joined Carr's as Chief Executive on 1 March 2013.
