                               Holding in Company

The Company has today received notification that Paul Curtis acquired 250,000
Ordinary Shares on 27 September 2004 at a price of 7.5 pence per share.

Following this notification Mr Curtis is interested in 4,325,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 3.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
