The Company was notified on 2 September 2005 that The Eureka Interactive Fund
Limited is now interested in 150,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary
Shares'), representing 24.03% of the current issued share capital of the
Company, as enlarged by the acquisition of Alternateport Limited which completed
on 2 September 2005.

The shares are held in the name Goldman Sachs Securities (Nominees) Ltd.
