                                Holding in Company


The Company was notified on 7 September 2006, pursuant to Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 as amended by the  Disclosure of Interest in Shares
(amendment) Regulations 1993, that, by virtue of the recent issue of new
ordinary  shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), the interest held by
Gartmore Investment Management Plc of 88,504,492  Shares, now represents 12.59%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
