The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution put to the shareholders
of the Company at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held today,
Wednesday, 4 April 2007, was duly passed. The resolution was in relation to,
inter alia, the Capital Reorganisation and to effect the Placing and Open Offer
announced by the Company on 12 March 2007.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the
2,100,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that
Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares
will commence on 5 April 2007.

Unless the context otherwise requires, defined terms used in this announcement
shall have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus of the Company dated 12
March 2007.
