SIS Media Rights Contract

CMG today announces that Satellite Information Services Limited (''SIS''), of which CMG indirectly owns 20.54%, has signed a long term rights agreement with Arena Leisure Plc ('Arena'), the UK's leading operator of horseracing fixtures, which owns and operates seven racecourses in the UK. The rights agreement ensures that SIS will continue to provide horse racing from Doncaster, Royal Windsor, Folkestone, Lingfield Park, Southwell, Wolverhampton and Worcester in its services to Licensed Betting Offices until the end of 2016.

SIS currently provides coverage of Arena horse race fixtures under the BAGS agreement and will continue to do so until the new agreement with Arena commences on 1 January 2012. This year SIS is scheduled to cover 377 meetings from Arena courses, which represents 25% of all UK horse racing fixtures taking place.
