The Company was notified on 2 October 2013 that SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. ("SS&C") had formally completed the acquisition of Prime Management Limited ("Prime"), the Company's existing Fund Administrator, with immediate effect following the Bermuda Monetary Authority regulatory approval.

SS&C is ranked as one of the top five fund administrators globally by assets under administration and is a public company listed on NASDAQ (ticker symbol: SSNC).

CATCo Investment Management Ltd, as Managers, supported the transaction as SS&C provides the financial strength and resources to support the enhancement and continued growth of Prime's fund administration product offering.
