Change of Independent Auditor

To: SFM, London Stock Exchange and Bermuda Stock Exchange

The Board of Directors of the Company, together with its Audit Committee have determined not to continue with the appointment of Ernst & Young Ltd., Bermuda ("E&Y"), as the Company's independent auditor for the 2013 fiscal year. E&Y has served as the Company's independent auditor for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 fiscal years.

Following a robust tender process conducted by the Company's Board of Directors, and the Managers, it has been agreed to appoint KPMG Audit Ltd with immediate effect to fill the resulting casual vacancy until the next Annual General Meeting, at which the Directors will propose a resolution for their appointment to Shareholders.
