that Ake Bu Tage Stavling has today been appointed as a Non Executive Director.
Mr Stavling currently serves as a director of AstraZeneca PLC and has not served
as a director of any other quoted company in the past five years. The Company is
pleased to report that no disclosure requirement arises pursuant to rule 
16.4 (b) of the Listing Rules.
