On 18 December 2019, the Company bought back 200,000 Ordinary Shares and 130,000 C Shares in the market, at an average price of, respectively, USD 0.185 and USD 0.3425 per share.

Following this share purchase, these shares will subsequently be cancelled.

From 18 December 2019 the total number of shares in the Company is 746,746,336, consisting of 306,328,860 Ordinary Shares and 440,417,476 C Shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 746,746,336.
