On 30 October 2019, the Company bought back 670,000 Ordinary shares in the market, at an average price of USD 0.21 per share, and 200,000 C Shares in the market, at an average price of USD 0.31 per share.

Following this share purchase, these shares will subsequently be cancelled.

From 30 October 2019 the total number of shares in the Company is 768,251,238, consisting of 313,580,952 Ordinary Shares and 454,670,286 C Shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 768,251,238.
