NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received
notification on 5 October 2007 that, following transactions on 2 October 2007
and 3 October 2007, KBC Peel Hunt Limited now hold 1,727,530 ordinary shares of
the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 6.26 per cent of
the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company also announces it has received notification that, following a
transaction on 1 October 2007, Mr Antonio Di Natale now holds 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 3.62
per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
