                   NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 14 September 2006 from Landfinance Limited,
a British Virgin Islands company, informing it that following a purchase of a
further 500,000 ordinary shares on 14 September 2006, they have a notifiable
interest in 5,803,905 ordinary shares representing 21.02 per cent. of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The current issued share capital
of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
