NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received 
notification on 9 November 2007 that, as at 30 October 2007, Prism Nominees 
Limited hold 4,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing a notifiable 
interest in approximately 16.3 per cent of the Company's total issued share 
capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
