                   Notification of major interests in shares



The Company received notification on 21 April 2005 from Landfinance Limited, a
British Virgin Islands company, informing it that following a purchase of a
further 50,000 ordinary shares on 20 April 2005, they have a notifiable interest
in 5,003,906 ordinary shares representing 18.13 per cent. of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. The current issued share capital of the
Company is 27,605,095 shares.
