                           Section 198 Notification

The Company was notified on 13 May 2005 in accordance with Part VI of the
Companies Act 1985, and modified by Section 134 or part V of the Companies Act
1989 that on May 11, 2005 Landfinance Limited, A British Virgin Islands company
purchased 50,000 shares of the relevant share capital in the company as defined
in Section 198(2) of the Companies Act 1985, and now holds a total of 5,253,906
shares, representing 19.03% of the issued ordinary share capital.
