AIM listed Milestone Group PLC announces a small subscription to
raise £33,128.42 (before expenses) through the issue of 1,860,467 new
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "Subscription
Shares").

The Company has received and accepted irrevocable application for
Subscription Shares from the following party:

As confidence grows in Milestone's new direction, three key
contractors have signalled their commitment to its future by
converting outstanding debt to Company stock. All three have each
made the application for Subscription Shares in lieu of payment for
services rendered, underlining their optimism in the future of the
Group. Deborah White, Milestone CEO, is the beneficial owner of
Enlightened Productions. John Sanderson, Milestone Non-Executive
Chairman, is the beneficial owner of JFWS.

The Company will be making application for the Subscription Shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM with admission anticipated on 23
October 2009. The Subscription Shares will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary shares of Milestone.
Post-admission, the Subscription Shares in aggregate will constitute
2.06 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of Milestone of
90,158,196 ordinary shares.

So far as the Company is aware and subject to any new notifications
received, the following persons will have a notifiable interest in
the issued share capital of Milestone post-Subscription:
