Re: Cancellation of Listing

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 August 2008, the Board of FRM Credit Alpha Limited (the 'Company') advises that the Shares of the Company will be removed from listing on the Official List and trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from 4 September 2008 rather than 2 September as previously announced. The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed that the Shares be delisted with effect from 4 September 2008.
