Further to the previous announcements dated 21 June 2022 and 8 July 2022, finnCap Group plc (AIM:FCAP) confirms that Sam Smith has stepped down as CEO and as a Director of the Company today, and is succeeded as CEO by John Farrugia for whom FCA approval has been received.
