PROPOSALS RELATING TO AMENDMENTS OF THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND MIGRATION OF THE COMPANY TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND TO TRADING ON THE MAIN MARKET OF THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

The Board of Directors of FRM Credit Alpha Limited (the 'Company') announced today that it has published a circular (the 'Circular') in relation to certain amendments to its Articles of Association and its migration to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
