Director Dealing, Option Exercise and Total Voting Rights

finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company") today announces that Tom Hayward, an executive director of the Company, has exercised options over 600,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5p per share under the finnCap EMI Plan and sold 325,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 37.85p per share, substantially to fund the exercise price and to pay tax arising from the exercise.

In addition, Tom has transferred 52,661 ordinary shares from his personal holding into his ISA with effect from 2 July 2021.  The shares were transferred at a price of 38.05p per share. 

Tom has also transferred 185,000 ordinary shares from his personal holding into his SIPP with effect from 5 July 2021.  The shares were transferred at a price of 37.5p per share.

Following these transactions, Tom Hayward has a beneficial interest in 4,041,428 ordinary shares, representing 2.28% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company's ordinary shares referred to above are finnCap Group plc ordinary shares of 1 penny each and, following the issue of 600,000 ordinary shares pursuant to Tom's option exercise, the total number of shares in issue is 177,185,014.

Further details on the exercise are included in the notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
