Further to the announcement on 25th January 2019 that Joe Stelzer, Chief Commercial Officer of finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company"), had resigned from the board, the Company today announces it has agreed that the options issued to him under the Group Share Option Plan, as set out in the Company's Admission document, have now lapsed.
