The Board of finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company") announces that the notice of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being posted to shareholders today.

Copies of the Notice of AGM can also be viewed and downloaded from the Company's website www.finncap.com .

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's registered office address, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 10.00am on Friday 29 September 2023.
