CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") has been notified by Brooks Macdonald Group PLC that the holdings stated in the announcement published on 28 April 2016 under RNS number 7213W were incorrect and that Brooks Macdonald Group PLC was not subject to a disclosure requirement at that time.  At 28 April 2016, Brooks Macdonald Group PLC indirectly held 5,556,739 shares in the Company (equivalent to 8.06% of voting rights) i.e. in respect of accounts managed by Group subsidiaries on behalf of clients.
