Interim dividend

The Company announces a second interim dividend for the year ended 31 October 2017 of 2.3p per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid from the Company's revenue reserves.

The Company is declaring the above second interim dividend for the year ended 31 October 2017 in place of a final dividend.

Including the previous interim dividend of 1.15p per ordinary share for the year ended 31 October 2017, the total dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 October 2017 will be 3.45p per ordinary share, which represents growth of 15% per cent. over the total dividend per ordinary share paid in the preceding financial period.

The following dates will be applicable to the dividend:

Ex-dividend date - 18 January 2018

Record date - 19 January 2018

Payment date - 16 February 2018
