CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 October 2019.

At the time of the above meeting, the Company's issued share capital was 134,730,610 Ordinary Shares and this is the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company. 

The Company notes that a significant number of votes were cast against resolution 13. The Company will engage with the relevant shareholders shortly and, in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018, expects to provide an update on this consultation process within six months.

Copies of all the resolutions passed, other than ordinary business, will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
