CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its General Meeting held earlier today were passed.

The proxy votes received in favour and against the resolutions were as follows:-

At the time of the above meeting, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 89,168,162 ordinary shares. The Company held no shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company was 89,168,162.
