The Annual Financial Report will also shortly be posted out to shareholders and contains the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").  The AGM will take place at Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1 AR, on 28 June 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
