Overview
CEIBA Investments Limited (LSE:CBA) is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
Declaration of Dividend
In line with the Company's dividend policy, the directors are pleased to declare an annual dividend of GBP£0.049 (US$0.0625) per share. This dividend represents a yield of 5.3%, based on the Company's quoted share price as at close of business on 29 April 2019 (92.5p or US$1.20), and a yield of 4.9% based on the IPO issue price of 100p per share. The dividend will be paid on or around 14 June 2019 to holders of record on 31 May 2019. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 30 May 2019.
As set out in the Prospectus, the Company intends to pay its dividends in sterling, although shareholders will be given the option to elect to receive their dividend in euros (at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment).
