Cubus Lux Plc, the Croatian casino and hotel operator, is pleased to announce
that Corporate Synergy Plc has been appointed as nominated adviser and broker
with immediate effect.

Corporate Synergy has been granted an option over 228,520 ordinary shares in the
Company exercisable at 10p per share for a period of 3 years.
