Directorate change

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that Charles (Charlie) Irvine has agreed to join the Group as its Chief Financial Officer.  The appointment, which will be effective from 1^st October 2019, will not initially be to the full board of D4T4 though it is expected that Charlie will join the board following satisfactory completion of his probationary period.

A Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Kingston Smith in 2006, Charlie is currently Chief Financial Officer of Ergonomics Solutions Group, a £30m Turnover, fast-growing technology mounting solutions business with activities in Europe & North America, prior to which he served as UK Head of Finance at Bausch & Lomb (2014 to 2017) and with Alliance Healthcare (2012 to 2014).

Commenting on today's appointment, Pete Kear, Chief Executive Officer commented:
