Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM:D4t4), the AIM listed leading provider of data solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashoni ("Ash") Mehta as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1^st September 2021.

Ash Mehta is an experienced public company finance director having previously served on the boards of a number of AIM and Official List businesses, most recently Rosslyn Data Technologies Plc and Northbridge Industrial Services Plc, where he also served as non-executive director (including audit and remuneration committee appointments) between April 2011 and June 2021.

Ash has also held senior financial roles in a variety of private growth companies and is a former non-executive director of the Quoted Companies Alliance. Ash qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1991 and has extensive experience in investor relations, strategic finance, managing growth, fundraisings, and M&A.

Nitil Patel, who was appointed Interim CFO in March 2021, will remain with D4T4 until the end of September 2021 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities to Ash.
