IS Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Simmonds as a non-executive deputy chairman with immediate effect. Barrie Clark remains as chairman of the board and intends to retire as chairman and as a director of the Company during 2015 after a short handover period.

Barrie Clark, commented: "It has been a real privilege to have acted as IS Solutions' chairman for more than 18 years and I thank the shareholders, the board/management and all the staff for the support I have received during my period of office. I believe that this is the perfect time for change at the Company following the strategic acquisition of SpeedTrap Holdings. SpeedTrap's primary product Celebrus significantly strengthens and enhances our position in the Big Data Analytics market whilst demanding specialised marketing and sales skills in the field of IT Products. To help support and lead the company through this exciting period we are delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Simmonds as non executive deputy chairman. After a short handover period Peter will take the Chair."

Peter Simmonds brings over eight years' board experience at Dotdigital Group plc, over six of which were as CEO, where under his leadership, the business grew at a CAGR of over 40% and evolved from a service business into a global SaaS business with high levels of profitable recurring products revenues. This experience maps neatly onto the current development of IS Solutions which, through its recent acquisition of Celebrus technologies, is undergoing its own transition into a product based technology company. Peter Simmonds, a Chartered Certified Accountant, brings with him over 20 years of experience at senior management and board level, principally in the areas of banking, insurance, finance, information technology and outsourcing. He has considerable business entrepreneurial experience having been involved at start up or early stage of a number of companies in various industry sectors including consultancy services, vehicle leasing, computer software and internet solutions sectors.
