                            Appointment of Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Tinling as a
non-executive director of I S Solutions plc with immediate effect.

Michael Tinling (aged 61) has held a number of senior management positions
within the legal profession including that of managing partner of Robbins Olivey
and latterly partnership chairman of Barlow Robbins LLP. He has over 30 years
experience in advising senior management on mergers and acquisitions and also
directors on corporate responsibilities and compliance issues.

Michael Leigh Scott Tinling has a beneficial interest in 260,284 ordinary shares
of I S Solutions plc.

No disclosure is required in relation to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
