Board appointment

The Board of I S Solutions plc is pleased to announce that Michael de Smith
has been appointed a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr de Smith
is a part time consultant to AXL, a division of I S Solutions specialising in
the supply and management of Financial Feed Products and will continue in that
role.

I S Solutions plc confirms that Mr de Smith has held no other directorships in
any publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years and has
nothing to disclose under any of paragraphs 6.F.2 b) to g) of the Listing
Rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Mr de Smith currently holds 200,000 ordinary shares in I S Solutions plc,
representing approximately 0.8% of the issued ordinary shares.
