Development Partnership for IS Solutions with BroadVision

IS Solutions, has been awarded a contract to jointly develop demonstration
applications for BroadVision's next generation enterprise portal solution.  In
addition the Group will be one of BroadVision's preferred developer partners
for client solutions which centre around enterprise portal software.

John Lythall, Managing Director of IS Solutions said:
'Both IS Solutions and BroadVision regard this project as a partnership
test-bed for future demonstration and development collaboration efforts for
other BroadVision applications.  The project clearly demonstrates the strength
of our relationship both in the US and UK.'

He continued, 'I see this as an endorsement of our investment in building the
US services team in 1999 and it strengthens the platform for further
development in both the US and UK.'.

IS Solutions have been working closely with BroadVision for a number of years
and in that time have and are developing on-going solutions based around the
BroadVision One-To-One application suite and IS Solutions' integration and
deployment expertise. IS Solutions' clients who currently utilise BroadVision
software include Toyota, Toshiba, BT Cellnet, Officentre, Thomas Cook, IIR and
TD Waterhouse.
