Employee Share Scheme acquired 300,000 ordinary shares on 20 November 2002 at
5.5p per share.  Following this purchase it is interested in 400,000 ordinary
shares representing approximately 1.6 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital.  B A Clark and P D English are trustees of the scheme.
