Directors' Dealings



The Company has today been advised that John Lythall and Peter Kear have each
today purchased 100,100 ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 12.75p per 
share.

As a result of these purchases, John Lythall is now beneficially interested in
2,178,960 ordinary shares, representing 8.79 per cent. of the issued share 
capital, and 70,000 share options and Peter Kear is beneficially interested in 
1,170,752 ordinary shares, representing 4.72 per cent. of the issued share
capital, and 106,000 share options.
