The Company was today notified that P D English, a non-executive Director of the
Company, acquired 78,410 ordinary shares on 13 April 2006 at a price of 14.5p
per ordinary share. His holding now comprises 500,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 2.0 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
