Directorate Change

Michael de Smith has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of
IS Solutions to allow him more time to concentrate on his academic and
non-commercial interests. Michael recently completed a PhD in Advanced Spatial
Analysis at University College London (UCL) and now lectures on analytical
methods to post-graduate students whilst also working on a number of related
projects, including the writing of mathematics books and the development of
computer-based methods and infrastructures for the production and dissemination
of urban and rural plans.

The Board would like to extend its thanks to Michael for his contribution to the
company over the past 4 years and wishes him every success in his future career.
