Further to the announcement of 2 April 2019 D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that Carmel Warren, has today stepped down from the Board.

The Board is making good progress in relation to the appointment of a new Group Finance Director and expects to be able to make a further announcement in this regard shortly.
