IS Solutions plc announces the retirement of Bob Simons from the Board with
effect from 1 July 2005.  Bob, aged 53,  has been an employee of IS Solutions
since 1985 and has held the position of  Commercial Director since 1990.  The
Board would like to take this opportunity of thanking him for his contribution
to the business over a long period and, in particular, for being instrumental in
developing well regarded and strong documentation and commercial procedures
within the Company, and wishes him well in  the future.
