the Company was notified on 21 December 2006 by Bluehone Investors LLP that it
has an interest in 4,562,370 shares  representing 18.73 percent of the voting
capital of the Company.



The interest includes the material interest of Active Capital Trust Plc which is
registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
