Issue of equity and Continued Strategic Investment in SpeedTrap Holdings

Further to the exercise of options by employees, the Company announces that on 24 September 2012, 208,713 new ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares") were issued to the option holders. 

30,000 of these options were exercised by John Lythall, Managing Director of IS Solutions, at 12p per share.  Following this transaction Mr Lythall has an interest in 2,278,960 Shares, representing 9.1% of the Company's to be enlarged issued share capital.

Application has been made for 208,713 Shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.  The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and admission is expected to occur on 28 September 2012.

Following Admission of the new Shares, the total number of Shares in issue is 25,146,291, with each Share carrying the right to one vote.  There are no Shares held in treasury.  The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 25,146,291.  The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As the Company announced in its interims statement released on 11 September 2012, the Company is continuing with its trading investments up to a value of £500,000.  As part of this strategy, the Company has invested a further £100,000 in Speed Trap Holdings Limited and its total investment now stands at £800,000.
