New Premises
The Directors are pleased to announce that on 25 April
2000 the Company entered into a 15 year lease on new
premises in Sunbury-on-Thames. The new premises,
comprising 19,000 square feet, are substantially larger
than the Company's current premises and John Lythall,
Chief Executive, commented 'provide the Group with the
necessary additional capacity it will require as it
expands. We anticipate moving in by June 2000 and it
will be the intention to sub-let our existing premises'.
The Company has secured preferential rental arrangements
for the first 12 months and thereafter the rental is
£242,000 per annum with rent reviews in year 5 and 10.
