The items changed are that the Company issued and allotted 306,701 Ordinary Shares and not 306,071 Ordinary Shares, consequently, the issued share capital number should read 38,261,019 and the total voting rights number should read 38,257,620.

D4t4 Solutions Plc announces that on 3 August 2017 it issued and allotted 306,701 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), following receipt of exercise notices from certain employees.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Application will be made for the newly issued shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to take place on 10 August 2017. Following admission, the issued share capital of D4t4 Solutions will be 38,261,019 Ordinary Shares, with 3,399 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 38,257,620.

The above total voting rights figure of 38,257,620 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
